Soulistic Subscription Policy

How it works When you subscribe, your first order is charged immediately and ships within 1–3 business days. After that, you're billed on the same date each month. You'll get an email reminder 3 days before each charge.

Subscribers save 10% every order ($76.50/month vs $85 retail) plus free standard shipping (AU only).

Skipping or pausing Need to skip a month? No problem. Log in to your account, go to Manage Subscription, and select Skip Next Order. Just do it at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Cancelling Cancel any time, no hassle. Log in and cancel under Manage Subscription, or email us at hello@soulisticblends.com.au and we'll sort it within 24 hours. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.

Payments We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. If a payment fails, we'll retry and let you know by email. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

Refunds & returns If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Subscription orders that have already shipped are non-refundable, but you can cancel future charges immediately.

Pricing changes We'll always give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change, and you can cancel if it doesn't work for you.
